the people getting insurance will likely be seeking treatment as soon as their plans take effect. So there can be stats on new patients getting treatment for pre-existing conditions, and new patients getting preventive checkups and screenings since the plans cover this with no copay.

As every new step takes effect, we should hopefully be seeing more stats on how its working out.
