1. Why are they still using Aramark Correctional Services?

If you catch them TWICE, why in the hell are they even still in the equation? Somebody's getting kickbacks, and that person should do prison time. When you catch a crook twice flagrantly violating safe food practices, you FIRE THEIR ASSES and hire a more reputable firm.
