presumably earlier in the summer than the Dems anticipated date.

A Dem convention in Columbus would be an antidote to that.

And, yes, it's important to that the Dems win Ohio in 2016.

And, no, Kasich will not be the likely Repub. candidate, despite the media talk of late.
The media touts his win by a huge margin; - that wasn't because he is well-loved in Ohio.

It's because the Dem. candidate's campaign collapsed pitifully during the summer, and he - Ed FitzGerald- took down the entire Dem. slate, which included some good people.
