"...isn't acting as a neutral party Chair" - Ha! Who cares? She hasn't, and never has, acted as a competent Chair of the Democratic National Committee, either!!!
She has held that position for more than four years and two elections for which she has a record of FAILURE! And she's far too cozy with certain Florida Rethuglicans.
She did manage to get herself re-elected, of course.
