What is important is Russian meddling in an election that is in the past, that is already over. That is what we need to be talking about and screaming about at the top of our lungs.

We should not be talking about future policy. Why? Because the Russians having successfully gotten Trump elected means that they are now in charge, and there is no point in trying to beat them because they are headed up by Putin, who is terrifying. I mean, just look at the guy, he scares the crap out of you just to look at him. He kills people, for God's sake.

So talking about what we might do if we win an election is foolish because Putin and the Russians have kicked the shit out of us once and if we don't align the world against them, and talk endlessly about how evil they are, they will kick the shit out of us again.
