One hundred and 8 years ago, he and grandma came here..from Russia. They also spoke no English.. He and grandma spoke Yiddish...Well I don't speak any Yiddish but I know a few words. I am grateful that they came, because I am right now typing these words as a result of their child, my father. They were wonderful people.. My mom's mother and father came from Russia too, about the same time, but they passed away before I was born.

But think about the headline of the story...Ruth Bader Ginsburg, A Supreme Court Justice, took time to talk to new citizens on Tuesday. (today) ....She told them an inspiring story about her father who came to the U.S. and didn't speak English. and......"Only one generation later, she now holds one of the highest judicial positions in the United States........"

............Think about it...Ginsburg took the time and effort to do this I suppose she is a busy person with lots to do.....but...she took the time and effort to do this

Wonderful ........thank you
