You mentioned low hanging fruit. It might be, but I've been against charter or privatization for some time now.

My reason is economics. Why should the tax/revenue be exported to the one percent or anyone upscale?

School money needs to stay local. Spend it on the teachers.

Trickle down does not work. Teachers spend their money in the area where they live.

Education money must stay down at the grassroots level.
