even a 6-3 conservative court would uphold the self-pardon as it violates many tenants of law. I am truly hoping trump does the self-pardon thing and its thrown out after he leaves office and is FULLY subjected to countless federal charges and prosecution with the prospect of dying in prison a very real thing. Would love to see the RICO thrown at family trump as well and forfeiture of all trump assets US and foreign.
