If she lives in the district, she can not leave capitol grounds with her glock. If she lives in Va, she may be able to carry to and from work as she has the right to carry in both jurisdictions.

The house can pass a rule that states no guns on the floor as part of its rules package.

This gets fucked up and ugly fast.
