It is the usual “Let’s punish innocent people for living in Red States” bullshit.
Are you really proposing to cut off Medicaid to poor children in West Virginia, or VA Hospital access to someone because they live in Nebraska?
This is the most anti-democratic concept I can imagine, and that word can be spelled with a capital or a small D.
