Reagan, Bush2. There are dozens of excuses why dems didn't do anything about those two, but the end result is that the repubs have pushed the boundaries until here we stand, on the brink of fascism. It's gonna go one way or another soon, & the fight over resources that climate change bring isn't gonna help the democratic cause.
