"These infringements include intrusive surveillance, vague material support charges, the use of prolonged pretrial solitary confinement, classified evidence that the accused cannot review, and the use of political activities, normally protected under the First Amendment, to demonstrate mind-set and intent. Muslims caught up in the Article III courts are denied the opportunity to confront their accusers and to have their religious and political associations protected,"

...in other words, Kangaroo Courts.

These measures infringe on MY Constitutional Rights and Responsibilities.,
as well as yours.

As citizens, we have the Right and the Obligation to:
*View the Government's Evidence

*Hear and SEE the Government's accusers

*Witness the testimony

*Observe and Oversee our Government's application of Justice.

When any of the above are removed,
it is impossible for us to fulfill our constitutional obligations.
