I now live in a state that doesn't discriminate against a certain group of people. I now live in a country that doesn't discriminate on a federal level as to who can rec'v benefits. A progressive issue is successfully challenging bigotry, fear, hate, and religion, and winning.

Society is a little bit better today. I got goosebumps when hearing on the radio that same-sex marriages can begin.

So it does affect me.
