Poor Chip, just shopping for the absolute cheapest labor he can get as any good MBA would do, finds out that while the Chinese do work for dirt cheap wages you *can* push them too far.

It's like a lot of labor disputes -- but the twist here is that the local government has a stake in supporting the workers over the executive. So, Chip doesn't have the local police to act as his enforcers.

And as a result, things are complicated.

Seems like U.S. taxes might pay for something after all!
