But not one Penny cut to those who support the GOP..
All the cuts they want effect the American People directly in one way or another..
Always start their cuts at this point of the bottom where it does not effect their Paying Constituents first and utmost..
Paying Constituents get to keep their Tax free status.. All other get cut... Especially the Poorest Americans..
