Someone get a bill going to put and end to this kind of "wasteful" welfare, then force every member of congress to vote so there will be a record of those who continually vote to cut programs for the poor, but continue to push the "welfare" for the rich!

If you want to cut waste it's always best to start at the top and work down, not the other way around.
