He is not the worst of the bunch ideologically (though he'll parrot the lines he knows the "base" wants to hear when he has to), speaking of Republicans in general but..................that's not saying a whole lot. I still can't get exactly what his appeal is (or is supposed to be). He just comes across to me as the penultimate corporate Republican "empty suit". About the only people I he would seem to appeal to are older, richer whiter people (i.e. "Country Club Republicans"
