If Trump were President, would getting advice from Sarah Palin tend to make the overall quality of his decisions better, or worse?
I don't think the answer is clear. I lean toward saying "better" -- which of course is a searing indictment of Trump. He is perhaps the only prominent Presidential candidate in the last several years who would benefit by being more like Palin.
