1. The NDP party impeded the progress of the Conservative Whip who was trying to get to his seat so a vote could happen.
2. The Prime Minister got up out of his seat and walked to the blockade, where he took the impeded Whip by the arm and led him from the crowd.
3. In the process of doing so, the PM inadvertently bumped into a female NDP member who was standing in the path (much like what might happen if you were entering a crowded bus).
4. The bumped into female MP was about to return to her seat, when her leader told her to leave the House.
5. While this was going on the PM apologized to her personally for bumping into her.
6. He would later apologize to the entire house.
7. At no time did anyone get "hit", "elbowed", "molested", nor did anyone "get physical".
