3. There's a simplicity in the story that makes the message so much more powerful

I loved how when the grandmother said, "Thank you." The man replied, "No, thank you." Because we learn that they have helped him do something for someone else and feed the ripple
I love the message.
I think the food vouchers at the beginning also amplify the message they want to get out about helping others.
The old man went from giving to receiving and it could happen to anyone (my take)
