The President has original classification authority on all National Security Information. That means he can create new documents with whatever classification he so desires. He can also restrict dissemination of those documents to a set number of people.

However, existing evidence and documentation would be beyond his grasp. This kind of investigation has documents that by now could number in the millions of pages. Trump doesn't even have any way of knowing what those documents consist of. If there is a smoking gun somewhere, he'd have to know who had access to every single copy and be able to obtain physical custody with legal shenanigans that would probably be discovered anyway.
