What they're doing is more PR to help back trump's claim of the tax cuts were the reason for increasing their minimum wages for their people, but all you have to do is look at how they've been doing this for a while now from economic pressures, not tax reductions. Add to that their closing Sam's eliminating thousands of jobs, and not even giving them a 60-90 day notice is a disaster for many now. The average bonus is a meager $190 for their employees, and now they'll continue to do as they have in the past, make more of their people part timers, not getting benefits, and really many will not see an increase in pay, but a decrease in hours to make the owners more money. Just like the tax scam will give them billions to jack up their stock price with making them even more money. trumps tax scam has allowed more companies to move overseas because we're paying them more now to do it. The bubble he's making will not last, as the middle class and poor will not get enough to support their latest fantasy come true. I've stopped going to Walmart, and instead support local, and union places instead. They no longer will get my business.
