Mullets jump out of the water like they are flying. And they have gizzards.
And if you fry 'em they taste like chicken
Mullets are birds with fins and scales if you ask me

No, they are not fish scientifically speaking. Phylum "mollusca" -- they are invertebrates

Yep. I can never eat lobster because I have a friend who said lobsters are just giant roaches

Lobsters, crabs, etc are in the phylum Arthropoda--giant bugs. They are NOT fish.
