First, get some of the stinkiest nastiest old dirt weed you can find. Roll the windows up and burn it in an old tin can or something...but don't smoke it (because of step number 2).
Then, keeping the windows rolled up, drive rapidly up and down the street.
If the cops stop you, just explain what you are doing. It'll be cool.
After 5 or 6 days of following my advise, that smell will be gone.

I'm 75 years old. I wish my parents were around to be a problem. Still, the car stinks.

When I was a kid I always found the smell of puke over powered the smell of beer

Crack a dozen eggs and toss the contents into the car. Leave all day in the hot sun.

Coffee grounds. Hang a sock full of coffee grounds in your car. They absorb odors.
