for your reply,like I said,nobody has a fence,going down to the front yard.
The city states it can be max 3 feet in front,,,by why,
I seems odd after 20 years of them there and old enough to meet Jesus,that they would put up a picket type fence so they won't perhaps get leaves,,,,oh well,,,just sayin'
