window of time. Guess between election of 2004 and when the electors met. When we thought something would happen to swing to Kerry.
Kerry had been up in pre-election Florida polls and bush "won" -- want to say by 4%? Too much of swing since voters said they decided long before election. When someone named TIA was really involved. Who knows, maybe it was all BS. But she definitely was cranking #s out.
