I wouldn't recommend using the windshield wipers or wiper fluid since the Red Tailed Hawk is protected by law under the Federal Bird Treaty Act. I like to use the following link since the protected birds are listed in alphabetical order and makes it easier to find on the list http://www.pacificwildlife.org/info/online%20docs/fmbtalist.pdf

My main concern in watching this video, was the fact that the driver was distracted and her view looks to be obstructed. She could have caused harm to herself, her passenger or to a pedestrian. She should have just pulled over and enjoyed this one of a kind moment.
