I spent today sitting for short periods and walking around the inside of the house and doing the recommended exercises. Tomorrow morning my husband and I are going to try walking around the yard a little. The Rollator is supposed to be able to handle uneven ground so I want to try it out. The mornings are still cool enough to be comfortable outside so I will take advantage!
