reaches western NY within hours or the next day after you have it. This morning several roads and sections of the NYS thruway at Buffalo were closed due to ice. Could have been worse, but very high winds on Sunday dried a lot of surfaces after 2 days of rain.

I'm near Buffalo, but our immediate community was not affected by the ice.
