Disturbed Sleep Cycles, anyone else? [View all]

I dozed off around 11pm, wake 4am-ish, fall off again 8 am, back up at 10am. Maybe a 30 min daytime doze off.


Anyone else notice that?

And Carbs for dinner= earlier doze off, Caffeine helps a bit.
