1 can each Kirkland canned chicken breast, with liquid
1 can chicken broth
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can Black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 cup of frozen corn
seasonings to taste (you can use chili powder, cumin, papricka, cayenne for a southwestern taste)
chopped cilantro (optional)

Put everything but the corn in a saucepan and simmer until the flavors blend
add the corn and simmer until the corn is heated through. Add the chopped cilantro and serve

Makes 4 generous servings.

If I tell my husband I am going to make it, he never says no
