You should have options given the massive resignations and retirements going on.

Don’t rule out a public sector job. Retention is a huge problem there due to baby boomers retiring. The pay can be comparable depending on where you live. You will be qualified for more positions than you think. Since you have experience in printing you may want to look into your state lottery. Virginia’s is quite expansive in terms of employees.
