15. Yes, I've heard that's been an issue with folks that work the overnight shift.

They end up working an extra hour and they don't get paid for it (in some circumstances). The reasoning is they make up for it when the clocks are set forward an hour in the spring. Doesn't help for those who aren't working that shift in the spring, or at the same employer.

Don't know how long that's been an issue, just heard about it recently from a hospital employee.
