7. Very good, very depressing

The entire show is a meditation on grief and what it does to people. I started watching it about a month after my father died not knowing much of what it was about. It can be pretty intense.

I recently attempted to watch it again with my partner, having a few years removed. I wondered if I'd see it/enjoy it with a different mindset. He tapped out early on.

I think it's one of the best shows ever made, but it's not for everyone.
