Each line doubles the numbers of the one above it. If the doubling pestles in a 2-digit number, add the digits. The last column is 9 all the way down because doubling 9 gets you 18, which adds up to 9.

So…

4 8 3 7 2 6 1 5 9
8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 9
7 5 3 1 8 6 4 2 9
