But I also like to leave some time between dogs. Each dog I owned was unique in their personalities, it makes them so fascinating.
So far I have had a Sheltie (I was a child then and dad bought him), a beagle, a husband that hated animals - big break, a border collie - so amazingly intelligent and now my little stupid hunting dog that is the most affectionate ever, her sweetness makes up for the lack of brains.
