I had to put down my almost 13-year-old Rottweiler in July of 2010. And it was the hardest thing I ever in my life had to do. She had tumors on her liver and also bone cancer. None of the pain meds were working any longer, and it got so that she could barely walk. So I had to make that fatal decision because I could not stand to see her in pain.
My heart goes out to you. It is so sad to lose a member of your family.
