assistant principal. That is the last I heard and that was about 7 years ago. He must be about thirteen by now. All the available services were involved in he and his sister's case. She, too was locked in the room with the dogs but, was let out more ... not sure if it was to allow for sexual abuse by meth customers or not ... but, would not doubt it. She, the sister, was sent to live with a grandparent. The elderly single grandmother could not handle both, especially since the boy was prone to anger issues and violent outbursts.
