18. Pretty simple buy man are they good!

Boil yellow potatoes till about 3/4 done.
Cut in half
Squeeze about 2 lemons worth of lemon juice over them
Season generously with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with oregano, dill whatever your fav spices are
Bake with slices of lemon till golden brownish.

My own creation but it worked very well
