For example:

1. Although cats appear to be solid, they are able to become liquid, as shown by the fact that they assume the shape of their container (one of the physical properties of a liquid).

2. if you try to restrain them or do something like trim their claws, they grow extra legs and exhibit the strength of a bull moose.

3. They can slip through invisible portals into an alternate universe, making it totally impossible for you to find them no matter where and how long you look for them. Then, when you go into the kitchen and quietly crinkle a cat treat bag, they will materialize at your feet. You will never know where they were.

4. At night, after you go to bed and turn out the light, the cat who is sleeping on the bed with you will quickly assume the approximate size and mass of a water buffalo.

5. They are able to hear you thinking about taking them to the vet. This will cause them to scoot through one of those alternate-universe portals.

Cats are not like other animals. They just aren't.
