Usually I give my cats Russian names, such as Boris Kotenko Mitlov, or Koshka Yekatrovina. Boris looked like a meatloaf, so that was a pretty obvious name.
Some have been more obscure, like Thrice. He was a brindled cat, and I was acting in MacBeth when he showed up on my porch.
Currently, my fur monsters are Hastur The Unspeakable and Natasha Krospina I, Empress Of All The Cats. Like Thrice, they're obscure literary jokes.
