Here is the song... but not the film.

Yuna Ito was singing this song, and both girls had gone to see them sing, the group Trapnest. One of the Nana's former boyfriends was the lead guitarist. He had left their band to go to a bigger more popular band, Trapnest, which was a huge opportunity for him. In doing so, he left the small town they were in, to go to Tokyo. Nana and the band, went to see him off and she broke down crying as he left, not knowing if she would ever see him again.

Later Nana travels to Tokyo, and meets the other Nana on the train, and they end up being roomates. She is a huge fan, of Trapnest not knowing that her room mate had dated the Trapnest member. Both Nana's go to the concert and the first Nana confesses to her about what happened. During this song, Nana breaks down again, crying and the other Nana cries with her holding her hand, a very touching scene. It made me cry my eyes out for hours after seeing it.
