If that zero-charisma lunkhead hadn't kept getting in the way and shouting at her. Major mistake focusing on the the dude.

I'm sure that there are dozens of actresses who can credibly play the role, but that's only one factor among many, alas. Bankability has a much greater impact on casting than pure ability.
