I wish I could still sing like that but I have lost all of my range past A4. Back then I could get up to F#.

I auditioned and was accepted as a tenor. My coach discovered that my falsetto was strong and clear so we worked together to strengthen it over the summer. I returned to school as a newly minted counter tenor and performed a couple of Dowland lute songs and "O Thou That Tellest Good Tidings to Zion" I found my "voice" Mellismatic phrases were my jam.

My favorite memory was performing the recitative and aria Che Faro Senza Euridice.

I didn't continue studying music after undergrad.
