4. Boy does that bring back memories!

I was about that same age when I saved the money from all my odd jobs (I mowed a LOT of lawns) & ordered a black Ibanez Iceman, like the one Paul Stanley played, because I was a KISS fan & to me his guitar was the coolest.

That was my first "real" guitar, after the no-name $125 Les Paul copy I ordered from the Sears catalog (& learned to play on) a couple years earlier.

I still have the Iceman, & want to restore it one day. I played it so much the frets are worn down & the fretboard is a bit "scalloped" in places from bending strings.

After the Iceman came a 125w Carvin head, & I built two 4x12 cabinets & loaded them with Carvin speakers. That was my stage rig for many years. I still have it all.
