Thank you Soph for the warm welcome. I am overwhelmed.

You might find this interesting. When you opened the contest up for a second entry I was torn between posting two images. I always loved Milky Way Over Red Rock Canyon, however this image, Cloudy Night in Joshua Tree, was also a possibility. What do you think? Would this have been a contest winner too?
