1. I enjoyed that show. I hope they are able to reapply for the proper certifications.

She goes way beyond the normal rehabs and produces some really nice renovations. But, then...they are in the area of million dollar rehabs, so they are able to spend mega-bucks in renovation and design.

It also seemed that they had to work around permits for longer periods than should be necessary, so I can see where they might say, "To hell with it," and work without them. Every day they had to delay work was costly. Maybe the departments wanted some kickbacks? Just wonderin'.
