8. I think that McCain's replacement is weighing heavy on Donald's mind

It's been said that during Ducey's visits to McCain's ranch in recent months that McCain asked him to appoint Cindy, and that Cindy has been preparing. I can't think of another reason why McCain didn't step down months ago when he knew he wouldn't be returning to Washington. Cindy would be a far more moderate choice than any other AZ Republican I can think of right now and probably a thorn in Donald's side.
It will be interesting to see what happens next week.
