I've honestly been thinking that this might be what we have to do. Why should the Republicans in Congress represent only 18% of the population? Why should a Wyoming senator represent so many fewer people than my senator does? Maybe it's time for people like me (in California) to head out to, at least, a purple state if not a red one?
