Those states always deny aid to assist others; those bastards always elected republicans. Each time aid is required the republicans never help. I think it is time for these turds to get what they deserve which is NOTHING. These same lame states require federal funds donated from "blue" states taxes to support their "poor" people. It is time for those poor idiots to stand up and dump their republican masters.
